A factor in smile design I feel some overlook is the size of the teeth to each other, or what we call the proportions of one tooth to another. The missing laterals are much smaller than the cuspids in their place. To compensate for this advanced techniques were used to create a smile with appropriate tooth proportions. Additionally, laser gum recontouring was utilized to recontour the gums as well.
