Different designs in Cosmetic Dentistry can allow tooth size to be changed with the use of porcelain veneers.  Specialized designs can be used to widen or narrow teeth as well as create a broader smile.  This case portrays a young man who presented with discolored and undersized lateral incisors.  Additionally, his two front teeth were not symmetrical.  He had already had orthodontic treatment which straightened his teeth but did not fulfill his cosmetic concerns.

Factors used to correct smile issue:

1)  Create greater symmetry

2)  Correct ratio of the teeth to each other

3)  Correct the midline of the upper central incisors

4)  Create a fuller smile

5)  Create smile to follow lip line

6)  Design teeth with a more masculine appeal

These factors helped to changed his smile and his life.
