Throughout the entire process of correcting my TMJ, Dr. Konig and his wonderful staff kept me comfortable and, more importantly, informed on where we were in the timeline and what steps were left for each phase. After seeing the final results, I'm very happy to say the results are life changing both functionally and cosmetically. It was a pleasure going through the procedure with such a friendly and professional team, having gone through many lengthy dental procedures in the past. This was without a doubt my best experience.

I remember anxiously looking at these reviews when I was searching for the right treatment - I hope I can bring someone the reassurance and relief I needed at the time! Dr.Konig changed my life. I was told for many years that I needed jaw surgery and also that what I was experiencing was simply cosmetic despite all the chronic pain. Dr. Konig on the first visit explained the connection of my neck, hip, and head pain that I was experiencing all these years and how how it all stemmed from a misalignment of my bite. He not only helped with the pain, it is completely gone! I know not everyone experiences 100% recovery but thank goodness he was able to make it happen for me. I am SO GLAD I did not listen to the multiple oral surgeons and decided to go a non surgery route. On top of the pain relief, I received a brand new smile! When I walked in all I wanted was for the pain to minimize and now I have a brand new (PAIN FREE) life and smile! His staff is just as special as he is. They are kind, patient, and very educated on the unique process. If you are willing and able to take the journey with them, DO IT! My process took 12 months but I am sure many others take less time. Each case is different and I can only speak to my own situation.

Dr. Konig is a phenomenal doctor and person. Outside of being the best at what he does in the city (complex TMJ and dentistry work- that's how was referred to him to begin with), he's also a high level thinker. After several months after taking on my TMJ case (an existing condition), he realized that it was far more than just TMJ that I was suffering from and inquired if I has been tested for Lyme disease given the symptoms manifesting were similar to that of a few patients that he had who contracted it at a point in time. Not a single physician among the dozen or so that I had seen by that point for my myriad of symptoms (including several infectious disease specialists) thought to do so. In the end, that was the catalyst for me getting tested for and ultimately getting diagnosed with Lyme disease and several co-infections. Some 2.5 years into my battle with the horrific disease, I'm now infinitely (90%+) better, and I have an immense debt of gratitude to Dr. Konig. And he also fixed my TMJ related issue set. Suffice to say, I would highly recommend him to anyone. -Aron
