By correcting his bite and TMJ issues, we were able to save all these teeth and create an attractive and confident smile. This involved correcting the bite on the back teeth, re-aligning his jaw and cosmetic porcelain veneers on the front teeth. This also increased the lower 1/3 of his face (nonsurgical dental facelift) which in turn created a more youthful facial profile.

This gentleman was unhappy with his smile in addition to being told the lower four front teeth and upper lateral incisors were loose. Dr. Konig noted his bite, or the way the teeth meet together was damaging these teeth. His bite was over-closed, causing excess trauma on the front teeth which also caused the gum recession.

Dr. Ronald Konig uses advanced methods that take into consideration overall patient and not only the teeth. This allows for better long term stabilization, a healthy smile and TMJ joints. In addition to comfort and aesthetics, note how the lower 1/3 of the face improves youthfulness and beautiful facial proportions. These cases are often considered nonsurgical facelifts in the dental office. Interestingly, there is not much a plastic surgeon can do to change the lower 1/3 of the face.
