Cosmetic Dentistry presents unique challenges. In this case, there is a narrow gummy smile along with a missing upper lateral incisor that caused an asymmetrical smile.  In addition, she was unhappy with the discolored teeth.  Note the custom porcelain veneers used to widen the smile and create the appearance of  no missing teeth as well. An elated patient.
