TMJ Question

Can my wear on my front teeth, sore muscles around the ear and jaw joint, and headaches be caused by TMJ?

The symptoms you mention are very commonly related to TMJ dysfunction and is not pleasant to live with. Your lower front teeth maybe sensitive as your bite is too far back or rather you are hitting on the front teeth which may be forcing your jaw too far back. It is difficult to assess without seeing you. The good news is that, when properly treated, TMJ patients can be comfortable again and pain free.
