Migrane Headaches and TMJ Problems

In the Health Section of the New York Times on Jan 29, 2010, there was an article title "Migraine Sufferers Do Their Own Homework". This was an interesting article which provides some insight to what migraine sufferers should do and whom to see if they have them and to be sure that their doctor does specialize in headache. Additional statements talked about trying different medications to see what works for them.

The only thing missing in this article, is there is no mention of migraine headaches caused by TMJ Problems . Migraine Headaches and Headaches are very common with patients suffering from TMJ problems. After serious medical issues are ruled out, it is prudent to see a dentist who has special interests in TMJ dysfunction to see if you can helped.

If you have any questions regarding TMJ and Headaches, please feel free to call Dr. Ronald Konig, DDS, FAGD, LVIF
